Cisco UCCX IPPA Phone Agent One Button Login

Have you configured One Button Login for Cisco IP Phone Agent Service (IPPA)? One button IPPA Service will allow you to login to Cisco IP Phone Agent service without entering the Name, Extension and Password.

Configure One Button Login/Logout for IPPA (IP Phone Agent Service) – 

  • Login to Cisco Unified Communication Manager
  • Go to Device > Device Settings > Phone Services > Add New Service —- This Service will be used for Auto Login for Agent
  • Service Name > One Button Agent Login
  • ASCII Service Name > One Button Agent Login
  • Service URL > http://X.X.X.X:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp  (Replace X.X.X.X with UCCX IP Address)
  • Service Category > XML Service
  • Service Type > Standard IP Phone Service
  • Check Mark > Enable
  • Service Parameter Information > Click on New Parameter
  • Parameter Name > Ext
  • Display Name > Ext
  • Parameter Description > Agent Extension
  • Check Mark > Parameter is Required
  • Save
  • Service Parameter Information > Click on New Parameter
  • Parameter Name > Pwd
  • Display Name > Pwd
  • Parameter Description > Agent Password
  • Check Mark > Parameter is Required
  • Check Mark > Parameter is a Password (Mask Contents)
  • Save
  • Service Parameter Information > Click on New Parameter
  • Parameter Name > ID
  • Display Name > ID
  • Parameter Description > Agent ID
  • Check Mark > Parameter is Required
  • Save

Associate Login Service to IP Phones

  • Go to Device > Phone > Locate the IP Phone you want to Hard Code the credentials
  • Related Link > Click on Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services
  • Under Subscribed Services > Click on One Click Login
  • Ext > Enter the User ID Info
  • Pwd > Enter the Password info
  • ID > Enter the Agent User ID info
  • Click on Save

Now test Login by just click on Services > One Button Agent Login and you should be allowed to Login as an Agent
