I have overall 12+ years of experience on voice products like Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, Cisco WebEx Meeting Server, Cisco MediaSense, Asterisk, Session Border Controller, Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Automation.
