Installing CUCM TSP Wave Driver

Recently i was facing some issue in Cisco Unified Attendant Console and i had to uninstall “Cisco Unified Communications Manager TSP Wave Driver” and install it again. I follow the below procedure.

To uninstall TSP Wave Driver –

  • Login to your Cisco Unified Attendant Console Server via Remote Desktop
  • Right Click on My Computer
  • Click on Properties
  • Click on Device Manager
  • Expand “Sound, Video and Game Controllers”
  • Right Click “Cisco Unified Communications Manager TSP Wave Driver” and Click on Unistall
  • Reboot your Attendant Console Server
To install TSP Wave Driver –

  • Once the Server is up after the reboot, go to Control Panel
  • Click on Add Hardware
  • Click on Next when “Welcome to Add Hardware Wizard” wizard is prompted
  • Radio Check “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) and click on Next
  • Common Hardware Types > Select “Sound, Video and Game Controllers” and click on Next
  • Click on Have a Disk
  • Click on Browse
  • Go to Program Files\Cisco \WaveDrivers and locate the file “oemsetup.inf” and select the file
  • Click on OK when “Install from Disk” window is prompted
  • Click on Next
  • Click on Next when “Hardware to install” screen is prompted
  • Click on Finish
  • Reboot you Attendant Console Server
  • Once the Server is UP, verify if the Driver has been installed successfully in Device Manager
